The prime location ensures uninterrupted views of the Andes mountains from every bedroom.

住宅的业主是出生于拉丁美洲的雷鬼歌手J Balvin，他热衷于极简主义的简洁生活，且受日本文化的影响，因此，室内古老的盆景底座和西班牙的橄榄树根据风水的原则进行排列，与外部精致的混凝土覆层相邻，使人联想到安藤忠雄的建筑作品呈现的意境。日式的水景营造与钢梁的泥土色调相映成趣，被漆成浅橄榄绿的钢梁，同时与钢板制成的定制照明遥相呼应。

The connection between the building and its environment was taken as the starting point for the construction of the house, so the house is divided into a 2V structure that overlaps with the uneven terrain. The "asymmetric" design used in the house was "intentional" by 5 Solidos and repeated throughout the house in order to eliminate unnecessary elements and break the conventional aesthetic.
