在地段至高點的成都太古裏年輕的老板邀請我們來共同打造一家做西班牙菜的小店-LA PICADA

At a highly favourable location of Taikoo Li Chengdu,a young owner has asked us to help create a Spanish restaurant: LA PICADA

他之前在太古裏耕耘了四年

因相對選鋪略偏所以這次爭取了一個極佳的位置

The owner, who has previously run his business in Taikoo

Li for four years but at a less favourable locationhas

got an excellent location this time round

而我們最重要的任務便是如何去放大這樣的優勢同時也積極建議能將

下午茶與餐後時段做起來提供全時段經營的空間方案

Our key task was to optimise the advantageWe also keenly suggested the introduction of afternoon tea

and after-meal offers with the provision of a spatial plan for full-time operation

在極大的融合和平衡太古裏的建築形式後我們將立面整體內退營造出兩個折疊形態的建築形式以制造出豐富層次的街頭效果After maximally integrating and harmonising the architectural

form of Taikoo Liwe retracted the façade to

create a double-folded form that produces a layered street effect

因爲PICADA爲西班牙一種特有的烹饪手法，層次多變我們選擇一種電解的金屬板做爲整體的主要材料其各個角度多變的色彩特質以體現PICADA這種豐富各異的味型層次As picada is a unique culinary technique of Spain that is rather versatilewe

have chosen a certain electrolytic metal sheets as the main materialwhose colour

changes with the aspect and reflects the richly diverse layers of flavours of picada

而在這個年輕與時尚最集中的地方更需要

是建立一種尺度關系對街角美麗的打望

對空間裏趣味光景的好奇窗內與窗外的視線交織以及遠處能感受到材質韻律

As the major convergent point of youth and fashion, a relationship of dimensions needs to be established:

a look out to the beautiful street corner , an inquisitive glimpse of the captivating space ,

locked gazes on both sides of the window and the rhythm of the material that may be felt from afar

這一系列驅使我們在設計上

對天花上空與中島吧台的關系中上下分離又呼應成整體圍合四周的沙發通過強烈的色彩分隔創造出尺度與界限的合理需求

The ideas are reflected in our designThe ceiling and the island kitchen may be separated but they come together as a wholeThe sofas that surround the restaurant respond to the rational demand for dimensions and boundaries through the use of strong colours

或專注享用大餐或取景小憩又或是下午茶時間談天打望商業與時尚的中心享受著年輕的快樂

Diners may focus on the meal take a break and enjoy the view or chitchat with one another as they savour the afternoon teaIn the midst of business and fashion is the appreciation for youthful bliss
